**To preserve the life of the tumbler, I recommend HAND WASHING and immediately pat to dry. Do not soak the tumbler in water or put in the dishwasher, it could cause the defects on the tumbler. I am not responsible for improper care.***

RETURN POLICY
All tumblers are hand made and customized. Therefore, orders have a 24 hour cancellation policy. Once the tumbler begins production (approximately 24 hours after order is placed) it is not possible to cancel the order. If item is damaged upon arrival, the tumbler must be sent back to me in order to be fixed. Shipping must be paid by BUYER.

After we ship the order out, we will email you a tracking number, which you to follow up directly on the chosen couriers website.
