1. What shipping methods do you use? We ship all items by USPS Priority Mail to customers all over the world.
2. How can I track my order after it has been shipped out?
After we ship the order out, we will email you a tracking number, which you to follow up directly on the chosen couriers website.

3. Processing Time (US & International Buyers):
each order is different and have different time to process, It usually takes about 5-10 working days. The period of time from when you submit your order to when the order leaves the shop. In this period we may contact you to confirm order details or prepare your custom order product.

It usually takes about 3-5 working days.
The period of time is from when the item is shipped out, to when it arrives at your door.
5. Shipping Time (International Buyers):
Estimated transit time of 10-15 business days, not including customs delays,which vary from a few days to 6 weeks. Taxes and fees charged upon delivery are your responsibility.

*Custom or personalized orders
*For mispelling (Once you give me the approval to print you have to make sure that:
you have verified that spelling and content are correct. you are satisfied with the document layout and the images represented above. You understand that your document will print EXACTLY as it appears here, that you cannot make any changes once your order is placed, and that you assume all responsibility for typographical errors.)
*If customer doesn't get the package on time due to an USPS delay.
*Items delayed due to carriers, lost, stolen, or damaged in transit are not eligible for refund or replacement if not insured. I encourage purchasing insurance!
*Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
