-All glitter and vinyl is sealed with 3 layers of FDA approved food grade epoxy.
This leaves the tumbler with a smooth glass like finish that is gorgeous.
-These are stainless steel, double walled-insulated tumblers. These tumblers will keep your drinks hot or cold.
-The vinyl is sealed as well, so it will not peel after time.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS:
-Hand wash only
-Avoid using abrasive cleaners and sponges
-Not dishwasher safe
-Not microwave safe
-Do not soak
-Tumblers are sensitive to extreme temperatures. Do not leave in the car for extended periods, or in the freezer.
-Epoxy can crack or chip if dropped. I cannot be responsible for mishandling.

**To preserve the life of the tumbler, I recommend HAND WASHING and immediately pat to dry. Do not soak the tumbler in water or put in the dishwasher, it could cause the defects on the tumbler. I am not responsible for improper care.***

RETURN POLICY

All tumblers are hand made and customized. Therefore, orders have a 24 hour cancellation policy. Once the tumbler begins production (approximately 24 hours after order is placed) it is not possible to cancel the order. If item is damaged upon arrival, the tumbler must be sent back to me in order to be fixed. Shipping must be paid by BUYER

  • 1. What shipping methods do you use? We ship all items by USPS Priority Mail to customers all over the world.

    2. How can I track my order after it has been shipped out?

    After we ship the order out, we will email you a tracking number, which you to follow up directly on the chosen couriers website.
    -Shipping takes 3 or 5 business days
    (BUSINESS DAYS = Monday Thru Friday)

     

    3. Processing Time (US & International Buyers):

    each order is different and have different time to process, It usually takes about 5-10 working days. The period of time from when you submit your order to when the order leaves the shop. In this period we may contact you to confirm order details or prepare your custom order product.

    4. Shipping Time (US Buyers):

    It usually takes about 3-5 working days.
    The period of time is from when the item is shipped out, to when it arrives at your door.

    5. Shipping Time (International Buyers):

    Estimated transit time of 10-15 business days, not including customs delays,which vary from a few days to 6 weeks. Taxes and fees charged upon delivery are your responsibility.

     

    *I'd like to make it clear that I am in no way responsible for customs fees, taxes, or duties. These charges are governed by the respective countries and there is no way for me to know what these fees are or if they are charged at all. I cannot pay them because I do not live there. As such they are your responsibility to pay. Lastly these fees are not negotiable and I do not refund them.
    7. I need my invitations as soon as possible. Do you take rush orders?

    We will try our best to accommodate your schedule. After reviewing details of your order, we will let you know whether it can be completed within your requested time frame. 
    Therefore we ask that you try to plan ahead and leave as much time as possible.
